Adaptive Kids Yoga Saturday series starts Jan 16, 2027. RSVP free to join the waitlist. “We change the pose, not the kid.” Inclusive, trauma-informed yoga for kids and teens ages 3–17 of all abilities. Saturdays weekly Jan 16–Feb 20, 2027 (six 50-minute sessions), Eastern Time: 8:00 AM Little Movers ages 3–5 (a parent joins every class); 9:00 AM Strength & Steady ages 6–12; 10:00 AM Teen Restore & Regulate ages 13–17; 11:00 AM Supported Adaptive Yoga for Teens ages 12–17 (caregivers encouraged). Live on Zoom anywhere in the US or in person in Bradenton/Sarasota, FL. $379 per group for six sessions. This free RSVP holds your place on the waitlist; it is not a payment.
