Access Events is a free, volunteer-run event calendar for the disability community. By using this site or app, you agree to these terms.
What Access Events is
Access Events lists disability community events curated by volunteer city liaisons. We don't organize, host, or endorse any listed event. Event details - times, locations, accessibility features - come from organizers and submitters and may change without notice. Verify details directly with the organizer before attending.
Some listings are sponsored. Sponsored listings are clearly labeled and visually distinguished from editorial content. See our Editorial Guidelines for how sponsorships work and how they're kept separate from editorial decisions.
Submitting events
When you submit an event, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that the event falls within our Editorial Guidelines. Don't submit spam, events you have no knowledge of, or purely commercial promotions unrelated to the disability community.
By submitting, you grant us a license to display and distribute the event information on this site and in iCal feeds. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission.
No warranty
This service is provided as-is by volunteers. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of event listings. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from reliance on information found here.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or app to scrape data at high volume, submit spam, or disrupt the service. We may block access if we detect abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
