The Riders Transportation Access Group (RTAG) invites riders to provide feedback directly to the MBTA about accessible transportation, including The RIDE paratransit service and broader MBTA accessibility concerns. Topics welcome include guide dog access, rideshare discrimination, and stop announcements. Open to all riders with disabilities and their supporters. Registration required for Zoom attendance.
