Parkinson Canada SuperMom Walk/Run 2026 - Toronto

Parkinson Canada's Mother's Day walk/run celebrating women affected by Parkinson's disease - a neurodegenerative condition with significant motor symptoms including tremor, rigidity, and balance impairment. Participants complete a 5 km walk or run, enjoy breakfast and snacks, and take part in community activities. The 2026 Toronto edition has expanded from its Vancouver origins. All routes are flat and paved, suitable for wheelchairs and mobility aids. Early registrants receive a SuperMom shirt.
