About this event

The Northeast Ohio Transition Expo connects transition-aged youth with disabilities, families, and professionals with over 70 exhibitors covering employment, housing, assistive technology, recreation, day programs, and more. A panel discussion on 'Life After High School' follows the main expo from 12-1pm. The venue includes a sensory room and universal changing table.
