NCMA Adaptive Tai Chi in the Park

The NC Museum of Art offers Adaptive Tai Chi in the Museum Park, led by Tish Oakley of Earth Monkey Energies. This pay-what-you-can class combines slow, gentle movements with focused attention; chairs are provided and participants may sit or stand. Instruction uses visually and vocally descriptive cues, making it accessible for people with limited mobility, wheelchair users, and those who are blind or have low vision. Ages 12 and up; registration required.
