Nancy Rourke Deaf Art Painting Workshop at OAD Mayfest

Renowned Deaf American artist Nancy Rourke leads an in-person painting workshop during OAD Mayfest at Exhibition Place. Participants receive a canvas and all supplies; Deaf expert artists provide a pencil outline to follow, making the session fully accessible to beginners. An ASL-English interpreter and ASL-LSQ interpreter are on hand throughout. Rourke is internationally known for bold, politically engaged Deaf art. Registration required; choose May 2 or May 3.
