About this event
Free, peer-led monthly support group for adults 18 and older who have a loved one experiencing mental health symptoms. This 3rd Sunday session is held in-person at Parish Life Center at St. Albert and is particularly oriented toward parents of school-aged children. No registration required. Separate virtual sessions are also held weekly on Wednesdays at 6 PM and monthly on the 3rd Thursday via Zoom.
