Back Up Trust: What Next? - Online SCI Course

A free two-day online course for people who have sustained a spinal cord injury in the past one to three years, and their family members. Delivered over Zoom with live sessions and workshops led by SCI professionals and volunteers with lived experience. Topics include bladder and bowel care, relationships, travel, health and wellbeing, mobility, pain and fatigue, and more. Participants gain permanent access to an online resource guide after the course. No fundraising required.
