Facilitators Kathi Garza, TVI; Hillary Keys, TVI/TDB; Mary Shore, COMS The Early Childhood Learning Community is a forum sponsored by Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Outreach Programs to support professionals working with young children who are blind, deafblind, or have low vision. Join Kathi Garza, TVI; Hillary Keys, TVI/TDB; and Mary Shore, COMS, to discuss focused topics, share your experiences, and brainstorm solutions to the unique challenges you may face in creating quality programs for your students. Attendees are encouraged to engage in discussion and share ideas for future topics of interest. We look forward to learning with you! We will meet from 9:00 to 10:00 am CT on the following Fridays during the 2026/2027 school year.
