 para-lifting\, is an adaptation of the sport of powerlifting for athletes 
 with disabilities. The only discipline in Paralympic powerlifting is the b
 ench press. For competition\, the bench press is the sport’s single disc
 ipline\, with 10 different categories based on body weight. Competitors mu
